ROMANDO delivers your order in France or abroad to the address you provided during the ordering process. You agree to provide us with all necessary delivery information, including your email and mobile phone number, so that we can contact you if needed.

Each piece is knitted to order, so there is an estimated production time of 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the order is ready, we ship your package within 4 to 5 days, depending on the chosen shipping method.

Shipping costs vary based on the delivery zone and selected options.

If an item of your choice is unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible by email or phone. It will be delivered as soon as it is restocked, at no additional cost.

If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the order from the selected pickup point, no reshipment will be made, and the customer will be refunded within fifteen (15) days from the date of order receipt.
